The backbone of the company is Terry Milton and his team, formerly of Headley Players. In their previous incarnation they won many awards at drama festivals around the country. Nowadays the aim is to put on drama that will appeal to both performers and audience – some light hearted, some more dramatic.

The Company is split into adult and youth sections.

The Youth Company meets every Saturday morning at the Playhouse, mainly to rehearse for the next production and to have lots of fun doing so. The aim is to put on a major show each year. Members are aged between 11 and 17, and membership is limited to 20 at any one time.

The Adult Theatre Company rehearses every Monday & Tuesday evening and aims to put on three shows a year.
