Now, to mark the 150th Anniversary of Mrs Beeton’s death, award-winning playwright Alison Neil provides a lively, all-new retelling of this entertaining and moving story, using the latest research...
Many years after Isabella Beeton’s untimely death, Bessie Mayson muses on the extraordinary life of her famous big sister. They were the eldest in a family of twenty-one children, brought up in the Grand Stand at Epsom Race Course. Note: This is a one act play which will be followed by a Question and Answer session after the interval.
